Meet Our Librarian

Hello! I’m thrilled to have been the librarian at Sullivan Elementary since its opening in 2016. As a passionate bookworm, I believe that READING is the key to unlocking endless adventures and knowledge.

I have been a librarian in FBISD since 2012. Prior to joining the District, I served as a librarian and classroom teacher in Houston ISD. My educational journey led me to the University of Houston, where I proudly graduated with a degree in journalism. Later, I pursued my passion for library science and earned a Master’s degree from the University of North Texas.

When I’m not surrounded by shelves of books, I enjoy unwinding at home and cherishing moments with my wonderful family. My husband and I have shared 25 years of love, and together, we’re raising four incredible sons.
