Hello DCMS Mavericks,

My name is Ms. August and I will be teaching Robotics and Engineering 1. I am very excited about this new school year, and I know that with hard work and determination this will be a GREAT year! I wanted to take this time out to give you a little background about myself. This is my 11th year at David Crockett Middle School. I received my Bachelors Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies at Prairie View A&M University. My specific content area is Science grades 4-8.I am very passionate about learning and the success of my students! I believe that all students can be successful when given the proper tools and resources.
