Hello and welcome! I’m thrilled to begin my 16th year teaching 8th grade Science and my 10th year at Fort Bend ISD. I currently serve as the Science Department Head, and I have the privilege of leading an outstanding team of educators who are passionate about delivering meaningful, hands-on, and engaging science experiences to our students.

Science is not just a subject—it’s an adventure, and I’m excited to help students discover how it impacts every part of our lives and environment. Whether it’s through labs, inquiry-based learning, or real-world connections, my goal is to inspire curiosity and critical thinking in every student who walks into my classroom.

Beyond the classroom, I am proud to serve as both the cheerleader and track coach. Coaching gives me another way to connect with students, build confidence, promote teamwork, and support them in reaching their personal and athletic goals. Watching students grow both academically and personally is one of the most rewarding parts of my career.

I believe in building strong partnerships with parents and creating a classroom culture where every student feels supported, challenged, and encouraged to give their best every day. I’m deeply passionate about education, student success, and helping young people discover their potential.
