Hi Mavericks, I am very excited about working with you this school year, my seventh year at David Crockett Middle School. I am proud of having opened, a few years ago, Spanish for Spanish Speakers, and I will also keep teaching the great Spanish I.

I was born in Mexico City and throughout my life I got to live all around Mexico (southern, northern, central and even on an island). This life journey brought me to Texas, where I had the opportunity to keep up with this marvelous profession of teaching. I live here with my husband and my dearest daughters. 

My previous experience in Texas spawned from Spanish instruction for adults and later to High School students at HISD.

I look forward to working with you, young people, in order to build strong grounds as well and empower you to become bilingual graduates, great communicators and living examples of FBISD's ideal profile graduate.
