Hi! I'm Mrs. Ferguson and I teach sixth grade English Language Arts and Reading at David Crockett Middle School. I am currently in my 18th year of teaching. I am thrilled to be here at Crockett Middle School, it's a great time to be a Mav!

I hold a B.S. in finance from University of Texas at Arlington and a Master's degree from Lamar University in Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy. I am a wife and proud mother of three. In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with my family, watching a good movie, and listening to music. 

I look forward to a wonderful year of learning and growing with my students. My favorite part about teaching is watching my students light up when they realize they understand something new for the first time. I am excited to see that light go off in each of my students all year long!
