Hello!

My name is Mrs. Scheve and this will be my 13th year of teaching and my sixth year teaching ELA at Crockett.

When you meet me in person, you will realize that I have a British accent.   I was born in London, England, and grew up in Manchester, before attending King's College at the University of London, graduating with a B.A. in English Language & Literature.   I've also lived in Paris, France; Toronto, Canada; and Sydney, Australia, as well as Atlanta and Boston, before moving to Houston in 2000.  As you can see, I love to travel and enjoy spending time with family when I am not at school.

I am looking forward to collaborating with your ESL student in class this year - the future of the world is in our classroom!
