Dual Residency and Power of Attorney

  • At this time, all Dual Residency and POA applications are due on Friday, July 29, 2022. Please scan and email the application and all documents in one email address.  Please keep in mind, we must have all documents prior to July 29, 2022 in order for your students to receive a schedule for the first day of school.

    • Deed/lease
    • Current utility bill (electric, water, gas)

    Required Documents for RENEWAL Duals This is ONLY for Families that were on a Approved Dual Last Year (2021-22)
