Greetings! My name is Anne Jarynowski (Ms. J for short), and I am very excited to be returning as a third grade math and science teacher this year!  I grew up in NJ, and have lived and taught in New Jersey, California, Georgia, and now Texas. I have 40+ years of teaching experience including elementary grades K-6, elementary resource, and as a dyslexia interventionist. My husband and I have three grown and married children and three granddaughters whom we adore. On weekends, you might see my husband and me out cycling at one of the nearby parks as we are avid cyclists. I also enjoy Pilates, hiking, baking and cooking. 

From as long as I remember, teaching has always been a passion of mine. It started with my neighborhood friends and my siblings when I was in the primary grades a long time ago! There is nothing more exciting to me than seeing students reach that "AHA" moment when they "see" something they did not see before! It is truly a privilege to be a part of my students' educational journey, and what a wonderful thing it is to see students grow, mature, and become better able to think critically and creatively each year. I am looking forward to partnering with parents and students this year as they embark on a new educational journey!
