Hello and welcome to my First Grade class! I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself to you. My name is Courtney Weldon and I live in Missouri City with my 3 precious children: Jeremiah, Addison, & Avery. I was born and raised in Houston, Texas. I graduated with Honors from the University of Houston with a Bachelor's in Science in Interdisciplinary Studies EC-4. I am ESL and GT certified as well. My gift and passion in life is teaching and I love every minute of it. This will be my 10th year teaching. I have taught 2 years in Pre-K, 6 years in Kindergarten, and this will be my second year teaching First Grade. The most rewarding part of teaching is meeting the children and watching them grow and flourish each day in my classroom. I look forward to challenging and inspiring every student that I meet. I know it is going to be a blessed year teaching your children!
