Hello! My name is Patty Croskrey. I am the math specialist for Anne Sullivan Elementary!

I began my career in 2001 teaching 3^rd grade, and then taught 5^th grade for 7 years. I have been a math specialist with Fort Bend ISD since 2010, and opened Sullivan with Mrs. Whisonant in 2016. I really do think I have the best job anyone can have. I get to work with children and teachers, and play with math all day long!

I work with all grade levels of students and teachers to help grow successful learners. I am passionate about mathematics (I love what I do!) and truly believe that all people can learn to understand and apply mathematical concepts. I appreciate that not all students learn in the same way or at the same pace. I believe in a growth-mindset - we may not have it YET, but with perseverance and patience, we will achieve understanding. 

I am happily married with two grown sons, a daughter-in-law and a precious grandbaby. We also have two dogs, Saxon (German Shepherd) and Sydnie (Australian Shepherd).
