I have been a teacher at Garcia Middle School for 18 years now. I am the current Science department head and during my time at GMS, I have taught both seventh and eighth grades. I absolutely enjoy teaching this age group. Each day brings with it a new experience. I was married to my late husband for 19 years, have two beautiful daughters, a new grandson, and a miniature poodle named Jacques. My mission each day is to present information to students in a way that they will understand it and not merely recall for a finite amount of time. Garcia Middle School is a wonderful place to learn and teach.
