I am a proud graduate of Texas A&M University where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Education. I have been teaching in Fort Bend ISD since 2002.  In my classroom, I strive to create a positive environment where my students can grow to love reading and writing. I have high expectations, and I am amazed at the end of each year how much my students accomplish. The most exciting part of my job is when a student tells me how much they have grown to love reading just being in my class.

I LOVE college football...mainly the Aggies, but I watch pretty much any football on TV!  I have two kids: Caleb is a Senior Civil Engineering major and Kylie is a Forensic and Investigative Science major.  They both attend the best university ever... Texas A&M! WHOOP!  Mr. Stinson is AMAZING!!! We have been married for 25 years.  We have known each other since we were 14 years old!!  In my free time, I like to read, shop, and try new restaurants since our picky kids no longer live at home!
