Hello, I’m Mr. Williams, 8th grade science teacher at Garcia Middle School. I’m thrilled about the upcoming school year and eager to dive into the exciting world of science with my students.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Sam Houston State University. After spending several years in the financial sector, I discovered my true passion, education. Following in the footsteps of my family, who have a long history of teaching and school leadership, I decided to pursue this calling and return to school to become a teacher.

Teaching is in my blood, and I’m fortunate to share this passion with my spouse, who teaches 4th grade at Malala Elementary. Together, we’re committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our students.

My educational philosophy is rooted in the belief that "It takes a village to raise a child." As an 8th grade teacher, my goal is to ensure that every student who walks into my classroom is not only academically prepared but also emotionally equipped for the challenges of high school, college, and beyond.
