Welcome to my class webpage. I am excited to be back for another school year at Garcia. I have over 15 years of experience teaching middle school math and Algebra. This school year I teach eighth-grade On-Level math, and Algebra 1 AAC. I look forward to a successful year.

I encourage each student and parent/guardian to access their Schoology accounts on a daily basis to view instructional content, course information, parent support information, calendar information, feedback and grades. Remember the official gradebook and attendance records will be on Skyward Family Access.

Tutorial Schedule

  • Time: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday morning at 8:20AM (no passes required for AM tutorials)
     
    Alternate time: Lunch Tutorials or Advisory Tutorials may be requested by the student. A pass is required to attend lunch tutorials or Advisory Tutorials on Wednesday.

    Requirements: Students should be prepared with their questions, bring their Avid binder and other math class resources (notes, formula chart, etc.)
