• Hello! My name is Delilah Sampson, and I’m ecstatic to be returning as the librarian at Garcia Middle. I’m a product of FBISD, having graduated from Hightower HS. I received my degree from UH (Go Coogs!) in Journalism and then got my masters at UNT. I taught middle school and high school ELA in FBISD for 6 years. I always have a book in my hand, and I hope to share my love of reading with students and staff. Besides reading, I enjoy taking my dog, Lola, anywhere I can and trying new restaurants with my family. 

     

    I am the sponsor of the Library Advisory Committee, Book Club, and Hobby Club. My philosophy is that the library is a space for all, so having a nurturing environment is important to me.
