Hello, Swamp Family!

I am excited to continue my journey here at Garcia Middle School for the 2025–2026 school year. This is my fifth year in Fort Bend ISD and my second year as a proud member of the GMS team. I will be teaching 6th Grade World Cultures and 7th Grade Texas History, and I am honored to also serve as the 7th Grade A-Team Boys Basketball Coach this year.

I am a graduate of Texas Southern University and a proud product of Fort Bend ISD, where I attended and competed as a student-athlete at Thurgood Marshall High School. Outside the classroom, I am a husband and father of three amazing children.

As an educator and coach, my goal is to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment where every student and athlete feels valued, respected, and challenged. I am committed to helping students grow academically and personally, while building curiosity, confidence, and character that will serve them for years to come.
