Dr. Jennifer Williams
Welcome to Fort Settlement Middle School! My name is Jennifer Williams, and I am the principal of Fort Settlement Middle School. I began my career in education in 1996 right here in Fort Bend ISD. From 1996-2001 I taught 8th grade U.S. History at Quail Valley Middle School and also coached volleyball, basketball and track. I also served as the Social Studies Department Head while at Quail Valley. I have served as a principal at Fort Settlement since our inaugural year in 2001, first as assistant and associate before being named as principal in 2021. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston in 1996 and my Masters of Education in Administration in 1999. I received my Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership from Texas A&M University in 2010.
I have been married to my wonderful husband, Steven since 1993. We are the proud parents of three amazing children. Our oldest son, Colton, is in college at University of Central Arkansas, and our younger son, Caleb, is in college at Harding University. Our daughter, Cammie, is in high school at Clements. I am proud to say all three of my children were lucky enough to attend Fort Settlement Middle School! As a family we enjoy going to movies, attending sporting events and just hanging out together.
As a mother and educator, I know how important communication is between the school and the home. Please know I am here for you if you ever have any concerns. I look forward to working with you and your children to help them reach their maximum potential.Go Falcons!
