I am Patti Cutting, a 7th grade Health teacher. Following graduation from Texas A&M, I began my teaching career in Spring Branch ISD. I have also taught in Florida, as well as, worked for the Houston Astros, Muscular Dystrophy Association, and Catholic Charities.

I came to First Colony Middle School in 1997 and have enjoyed almost every minute of it since! I have taught Health, Journalism, and Special Education. I love working with children, especially those in middle school.  Middle school kids are at that age where they still want to please their parents, but they also want to figure out who they are.  It makes for a great combination when teaching Health!

I have a Health Education degree from Texas A&M and a Masters in Sports Administration from the University of St. Thomas in Florida.

When I am not at work, I like to read, play with my dogs, and get creative!  Also, I love Christmas and decorate my entire home.  I have been told it is a "Hallmark" store!
