AVID brings research-based curriculum and strategies to students each day that develop critical thinking, literacy, and math skills across all content areas.

Important Information Regarding the Application Process:
Ft. Bend ISD is currently accepting applications for the 2020-2021 school year. Interested students must complete the online application for his/her designated AVID campus using the links above. The online application must be completed at one time, however, students can view or print the application prior to completing. Once submitted, the student will receive an email confirmation which will also allow him/her to edit responses up until the due date. Please allow at least an hour to complete. Final acceptance into the AVID program will be determined upon completion of an interview.
IMPORTANT DATES for current 6th and 7th graders:
January 7: AVID Application Window Open
January 30: Parent Informational Meeting at FCMS
February 28: AVID student application due
March 2 - March 20: Campus interviews conducted during the school day
By April 3: Selection letters sent to students
