Once a Bobcat...Always a Bobcat!

I have been teaching at First Colony since 2000. I currently teach 8th grade Peer Assistance and Leadership (PALS) and 7th/8th grade Teen Leadership/LeadWorthy classes.  In my experience here at FCMS, I have previously taught 7th and 8th grade Math, Algebra, Broadcast Journalism and coached several sports at FCMS.

First Colony Middle School is truly my home away from home, the staff and students are family. I am a true Bobcat at heart, as I walked these same halls as a middle school student. When I received my teaching degree I realized quickly that there was only one place I wanted to teach...First Colony!

I graduated from Clements High School and then received a bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Kinesiology from Houston Baptist University. I had the privilege of playing softball at HBU and traveling with our team to the National NCIA Tournament two years in a row. 

I love sharing my love of serving our campus and community while providing opportunities for our students to help others as leaders. I enjoy spending time with my family, vacationing to warm sunny beaches and being involved in my church community.
