Hello! My name is Rachel Pringle and this will be my second year teaching at Sartartia Middle School! Last year I was honored to be recognized as a district rookie teacher of the year, and I cannot wait for another great year! I earned my B.S. in Early Childhood Education from The University of Texas at Austin. I grew up in the Sugar Land area and have been involved in the community ever since. Some may recognize me from my long-term subbing at WSE or recognize my name as my amazing mom is Ms. Pringle from Walker Station.

This year, I have the privilege of teaching 6th grade World Cultures and Geography. Outside the classroom, I have the privilege of coaching volleyball and basketball here at SMS, and I spend my summers coaching swim right here in the neighborhood. 

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors, running, swimming, and listening to live music!

I have a passion for teaching and inspiring students to be their best self. I am thrilled to explore, learn, and grow alongside my students for another great year! Go Jags!
