I teach 7th grade ELA here at Sartartia Middle School. I graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M University - Texarkana with a Master's degree in History and English. 

This is my 10th year teaching middle school ELA! I am looking forward to a great year of reading, writing and helping our kids gain the skills they need for success.

When I'm not teaching or grading papers, I enjoy web development, programming and hiking in the mountains of Colorado.
