After graduating from the University of Houston-Clear Lake with a Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology, I decided to persue a career in education. I obtained a Generalist 4-8 certification and have since added a Gifted and Talented Certification. I began teaching in Fort Bend ISD in 2001. I spent a few years teaching at Lake Olympia Middle School before making the move to Sartartia Middle School. I've been married to my high school sweetheart since 1998 and we have three daughters together. Born and raised in Texas, I have a deep appreciation and passion for the subject of Texas History and hope to instill respect and appreciation for our great state in each of my students!
