Garcia Middle School

Withdrawal Process:

1. Fill out and sign the Intent to Withdraw form.

2. Communicate with campus registrar Tiffany Shelly of your student's intent to withdraw.

3. Return Intent to Withdraw form along with a photo of guardian DL/ID.

Upon completing these steps, the student will then be withdrawn from Macario Garcia Middle School.
