As the CAC at Baines Middle School, Mr. Bancroft leads the administration of state and district assessments including STAAR, Renaissance, and PSAT. He also works with teachers to capture and analyze student achievement data to drive instruction. He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh (BA, 2004) and Sam Houston State University (MA, 2012). Prior to serving as Campus Assessment Coordinator at Baines, Mr. Bancroft taught middle school English for over 10 years and served as a school administrator for over 5 years.  Outside of school Mr. Bancroft is an avid reader and enjoys cooking, going to the beach, and spending time with family and friends.
