Welcome to 8th grade ELA! I am so excited to share my passion for language arts with my scholars this year! I joined Baines in August 2016 as an ELA teacher. Previously, I've taught English as a Second Language night classes for adults as well as sixth grade ELA. I've earned a Bachelor and Master of Arts from The University of Southern Mississippi and the University of New Orleans respectively in Mass Communications. I'm a Mississippi native; however, I've lived in the Texas since 2006.
