Welcome to the new school year! I am thrilled to have the opportunity to introduce myself to the new families joining us and extend a warm welcome back to those returning. My name is Martha Fields, and I am excited to be your child’s AVID teacher.

I have dedicated over 24 years to the field of education, working in various capacities throughout my career. My journey has included roles such as Executive Divisional Director, Department Director, South Texas Regional Administrator, Instructional Administrator, Principal, Assistant Principal, and College Professor. Through these experiences, I have been firmly committed to student learning and growth.

As a servant leader, my primary focus is always on the well-being and development of my students. I am passionate about helping each student achieve their full potential, and I am continually inspired by the incredible transformations I witness as they progress on their educational journey. Watching our students grow and pursue futures beyond their imagination is truly rewarding.

This school year marks the beginning of a new educational journey, and with your support, I am committed to helping your child succeed in reaching their highest goals.
