Hello! My name is Charmaine Hudson, and I am a resource teacher for 8th grade ELA. I am also an inclusion support teacher for ELA 8th grade as well.  I have been a Baines Longhorn for five fabulous years. I graduated from one of the finest historical black colleges, Wiley University, with a Bachelor's in Mass Communications. At the moment, I am enrolled at Lamar University to receive my M.ed in Special Education with a certificate as a Diagnostician.  Reading and writing are one of my passions and I strive to make sure that my students will grow and learn to have those two passions as well. 

Outside of work, I like to bake, shop, travel, dine at the latest restaurants and hang out with my colleagues. 

I am so delighted to see my students and embark on another year of fun and learning!
