Hello. I teach English Language Arts (ELA) here at Baines Middle School. I have been in Education since 1994. I have taught both children and adults in public school settings as well as corporate training. 

I attended Rutgers University for my Bachelor's Degree and Lamar University for my M.Ed. I grew up playing hockey and played while at Rutgers. I am now a competitive cyclist. I am a physical trainer and a cycling coach. 

I take pride in the fact that I am a life long learner and I really encourage my students to keep up their learning. 

I enjoy helping students to hone their reading and writing skills.
