Cyndee Hitchcock

This is my eleventh year teaching at Sartartia Middle School and it is my nineteenth year teaching in FBISD.  This year I am teaching sixth grade on-level and AAC math classes, as well as Math Lab 6, 7, and 8.  I am also the Math Department Head for the school.

Prior to teaching I worked as an IT analyst in the oil and gas industry in Houston.  I have a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi and a Masters of Education from University of Houston in Mathematics Curriculum and Instruction.  I am originally from El Paso and have lived in the Houston area since 2001. I am married and have an 11-year old daughter.
