Ms. Kelley Glore
My name is Kelley Glore. I graduated from Loyola University in Maryland in 1996 with a degree in Elementary and Special Education. I continued my education at Loyola and received my Masters Degree as a Reading Specialist in 2000. I worked in special education with students diagnosed with a wide range of severe emotional and intellectual issues as a classroom teacher and program coordinator. I left Special Education to begin a family. However,I kept my roots in education, working with students through individual tutoring. I moved to Texas in 2007 where I continued tutoring and began teaching Pre-K in a private school setting where I saw students who had the potential to be in need of services. I felt called to return to the school system and help these students in a more direct way. I believe every child has the potential to succeed given the right support and people to help them. I look forward to being part of the team to do this here in Fort Bend.
When not working, I love to spend time with family, reading, exercising and listening to music especially live performances. I love teaching and can frequently be found talking about it away from campus. It is a passion I have had since I was young. Love of learning and the tools to use it are the best gifts I could give to my students.
