Welcome to Kindergarten!

This will be my first year in Fort Bend ISD, but this is my 9th year teaching and 8th year in Kinder. I am so excited to be a Scottie and I cannot wait to meet my class this year. Highlands has been so welcoming, and I know that is a representation of the community they represent. Kindergarten is a magical place to be, and I hope to instill the love of learning in all my students inside and outside the classroom. I look to provide a space that is a nurturing environment in which your child will feel successful and proud. 

I graduated from Texas Lutheran University with a Bachelor of Science in Multidisciplinary Studies. I started my career at San Antonio ISD- and moved to Houston 3 years ago. 

Outside the classroom, I love going to a Houston Astros game, floating the river in New Braunfels, going to a concert, or spending time at home with my German Shepherd. I also love watching my SA Spurs!
