The No Place for Hate® initiative provides educators and students with the resources to ensure that anti-bias and diversity education are an integral part of the school curriculum. 

No Place for Hate® also helps to create and sustain inclusive school environments where all students feel valued and have the opportunity to succeed by promoting respect for individual difference while challenging bigotry and prejudice.

As a student, teacher, and community coalition, we plan at least 3 school-wide events that promote our mission of compassion and understanding.  We like to focus on the power of kindness, break all gender and race stereotypes when it comes to career interests, explore the lasting impacts of Black History Month, and embrace all cultures with our annual Multicultural Festival at Highlands.
