• Welcome to the Highlands Elementary Student Council! We are excited about the plans we have developed for the school year.  These plans include many ways for our council members to help Highlands and our community.
     
    Members of the Highlands Elementary Student Council will have many opportunities to add value to our school and the surrounding area. Representatives in this organization are considered role models and leaders in our school.  All representatives are expected to act respectfully, responsibly, and with integrity. Each representative must be dependable and hardworking throughout his/her term.
     
    We are looking forward to a great year of leading the way down the path of volunteerism!
