My name is Jennifer Culberson, and I am very excited to be teaching fourth grade Social Studies and ELAR (English Language Arts and Reading) at Highlands Elementary this school year. This will be my tenth year teaching.

I'm a Fort Bend ISD graduate and met my husband while attending college. We have been married for 28 years and have two wonderful sons, both products of FBISD, and a bonus baby girl!

I graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Business Administration. I received my alternative certification in 2011. I am certified in Texas from Early Childhood through 6th grade as well as GT and ESL.

I love working with your children to develop their writing potential and a love of reading. Writers write right! The better reader you are the better writer you are! We are going to have a great year!
