Highlands Elementary provides opportunities for 3rd, 4th and 5th grade students to learn the principles of computer programming and robotics through our after school clubs.  We use LegoMindstorms robots, Lego EV3 robots,Turtle Art, Scratch and the Code.org online platform. Our coding and robotics clubs are sponsored by the Fort Bend Education Foundation and Schlumberger and have been established to help inspire students to seek out careers in the computer science field.
