With over a decade of experience in education, Melissa Ford brings expertise and dedication to her role as Campus Assessment Coordinator at Fort Bend ISD. She has a strong background in English as a Second Language (ESL) and English Language Arts, along with experience in curriculum development, data analysis, and instructional coaching. Melissa's role supports both teachers and students in using assessment data to drive academic growth and success.

Melissa’s career has included roles such as ESL Specialist, PLC Lead, and instructional coach, where she led curriculum development and teacher training. As Campus Assessment Coordinator, she ensures that assessment practices are effectively implemented to support data-driven instruction.

A passionate lifelong learner, Melissa is dedicated to serving her school community and supporting student achievement. She is also a proud parent of two children who attend Fort Bend ISD schools, deepening her commitment to the district’s success.
