Hello! My name is Ms. Noordeen. I will be teaching third grade Math and Science this year and I am so excited! This will be my 2nd year teaching at Malala, and my third year in the teaching field. Besides teaching 3^rd grade Math and Science, I also have experience in teaching 3rd grade self-contained and 2nd grade Math/Science. Prior to teaching this will be my 5th year in the district as I used to work for the Extended Learning department. When I am not teaching I enjoy spending my free with family and friends. I love trying new things, learning about different cultures, and exploring fun places in H-Town. I am a true believer in giving back and helping one another especially through tough times. 

I graduated Summa Cum Laude at University of Houston with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Early Childhood to Grade 6) in 2022.  I strongly believe that being a teacher also means being a lifelong learner. I look forward to meeting you and to having an amazing year! I am so excited to be your teacher this year. I absolutely love to inspire students to be lifelong learners and believe that learning does not stop when you leave the classroom. With your support, I know that together we can make 2024-2025 an amazing school year.
