Hi, my name is Arie J. Sawyer Williams.

I am a proud graduate of Willowridge High School in the Fort Bend Independent School District (FBISD) and have just celebrated my 22nd year in the field of education. My love for teaching and nurturing children’s growth has been the cornerstone of my career. Alongside me in this educational journey is my wonderful husband, who is also a dedicated teacher at Garcia Middle School.

We are blessed with four amazing boys who bring immense joy and fulfillment to our lives. Our two eldest sons are currently pursuing their college degrees, continuing the FBISD legacy. Our third son is gearing up for his senior year of high school, while our youngest is about to embark on his high school journey as a freshman.

Outside my professional life, I have a variety of hobbies that keep me energized and inspired. Journaling allows me to reflect on life’s moments, both big and small, and capture my thoughts creatively. Playing golf and fishing are my go-to activities for relaxation and enjoying the great outdoors. I also have a passion for blog writing, where I share my insights and experiences, and home decor, which lets me express my creativity and create a warm, welcoming environment for my family.

My ultimate passion lies in shaping young minds and preparing them to be productive and compassionate members of our ever-evolving society. I believe in empowering my students to be changemakers, igniting their potential to make a difference in the world. I encourage them to be candle lighters, spreading light and positivity wherever they go. My goal is to instill in them the values of kindness, resilience, and a proactive attitude, enabling them to bring positive energy to the world around them.

Teaching is not just a profession for me; it is a calling. I am committed to fostering a nurturing and dynamic learning environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential. Each day, I strive to inspire my students, guiding them to become the best versions of themselves and to contribute meaningfully to society.
