Hello everyone!

My name is Ms. Moreno, and I am joining Malala Elementary in the school year of 2024-2025.

I am certified to teach K-6 all subjects, K-12 Art and 7-12 Mathematics. I am also fluent in Spanish, which allows me to be more understanding of ELL students from various backgrounds.

I previously worked at Highlands Elementary as the 2nd grade Math/Science Teacher from 2020-2021. Then, I left to acquire my MA in Art History and Visual Culture which has encouraged me to become the current Art 2 Teacher at Malala Elementary.

I look forward to meeting and getting to know all of our students, parents, and fellow teachers!
