Hello!

My name is Mrs. Michelle Redden and I am excited to continue my time with the Leopard family this year! The 2025-2026 school year will be my 6th year at MYE and I will be moving to the 4th grade team teaching Reading, Writing and Social Studies. My partner, Mrs. Hatley will support our students in Math and Science. Before joining the MYE family, I taught a 2nd grade self-contained within another district. 

I grew up in Spring, Texas and I graduated from Texas State University San Marcos with a degree in Finance. After gaining experience in the business world, I decided to follow my dream of becoming a teacher and obtained my certification through Region 4. I am certified to teach Early Childhood to Grade 6 and have also been certified in ESL. I now reside in the Richmond area with my husband, Brad.

With your support, I know that the 2025-2026 school year will be successful. I look forward to getting to know my Leopards and watch as they grow.

Our future resides within the doors of MYE and I am so lucky to be a part of it.
