5. Teaching Philosophy / Approach

I believe that strong relationships are the foundation of meaningful learning. In my classroom, students know they are valued, supported, and encouraged to take risks. Mistakes are seen not as failures, but as opportunities to grow, reflect, and build confidence in their learning journey.
