Greetings!
I am very excited about the 2020 school year. This year will make 15 years with the district! I began my education journey as a substitute, then progressed through the profession of a Special Education Aide to become a classroom teacher in 2008. Since 2008, I have taught sixth grade (all subjects), fourth grade (all subjects), and now sixth grade Advanced Placement Social Studies. I graduated from Prairie View A & M University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in the studies of Criminal Justice. Among many things, I am a proud mother of two boys (ages 18, and 7), published author, and avid movie goer. I believe we all have a gift and when we share our gifts, we all benefit.
