My name is Alvin Michalewicz and I have been a teacher here at Hightower for more than five years. I am happy to be teaching Astronomy again this year. Astronomy has been a passion of mine since I was a teenager myself, so it is very exciting to be able to lead students in their exploration of this subject. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Texas A and M in 1987. (Gig'em Aggies!)
