My name is Tomas Heyliger and I have lived in Texas with my wife and my two daughters since 2016. I am from Coro, Venezuela. I have a bachelor’s degree of Education in English as a Foreign Language. This is my second year at Hightower High School. 

I will be teaching Spanish I and II. Although the language learning process varies from person to person, we all have the predisposition to speak more than one language. I believe that taking risks to communicate is one of the most effective ways to acquire a second language.
