Welcome Hurricanes to English 3 AP and English Composition 1!  I am excited to start another new school year!! I graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and received a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing, from The New School, in New York City.

This is my fourth year at Hightower High School and my eighth year of teaching. I look forward to teaching and challenging your child with rigorous coursework that will not only teach them the wonders of the English language and literature from around the world, but also support them in their academic growth and future aspirations!
