WELCOME!!

My name is Mrs. Coleman, and I am proud to serve as a teacher and the Head Girl’s Cross Country and Track and Field Coach at Hightower High School. I currently teach Professional Communications, where my focus is on helping students develop the confidence, skills, and leadership abilities needed to be successful both in school and beyond.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communication and I am pursuing my master’s degree in Athletic Administration to continue growing as an educator and leader. This is my second year at Hightower, my fifth year in Fort Bend ISD, and my tenth year in education overall. Throughout my career, I have worked with a wide range of students and athletes, and I am passionate about building programs that emphasize teamwork, accountability, and personal growth.

As Head Girl’s Cross Country and Track and Field Coach, my goal is to not only train athletes to compete at a high level but also to help them develop life skills such as discipline, resilience, and perseverance. I take pride in fostering an environment where students feel supported, challenged, and motivated to reach their fullest potential.

I am excited to continue serving the Hightower community and look forward to a successful year of teaching, coaching, and helping students excel both inside and outside the classroom
