Upload Your Scholarships in SchooLinks

  • When seniors are offered a scholarship or grant, they need to post information to SchooLinks. This is done for two reasons:

The first is that RP keeps track of all of the scholarships awarded for tracking and data purposes (and bragging rights too!).

    • RP class of 2026 (as of November 20, 2025): $37 million
    • RP class of 2025: $60 million
    • RP class of 2024: $26 million
    • RP class of 2023: $40 million

The second is so that the scholarship can be listed in the graduation program. The amounts will remain private, but the program will include a mention like this one:

    • Polly Panther, The University of Arkansas New Arkansan Tuition Award

Here's how to post your scholarship to SchooLinks:

    • Log in to SchooLinks through 1Link/Clever
    • Go to College/College Financing
    • University scholarships
      • If your scholarship comes from a university, click on the school that it came from.
      • Take a photo of your scholarship letter or a screen shot of the email; it must include your name, the amount and the scholarship donor's name or organization
      • Upload the photo and then select Gift Aid/Institutional Scholarship. Enter the amount awarded to you per year and click through the rest of the prompts until you get to the blue Finish button
    • Third party scholarships
      • If your scholarship comes from a third party (like Rodeo Houston), click on Third Party Scholarships
      • Select Third-party scholarship and input the name of the scholarship and donor and select the category
      • Select Offered and input the rest of the information, including a photo of the award letter. Make sure it includes your name, the amount awarded and the donor name or organization.Click the blue Save scholarship button
    • Mrs. J will verify your scholarship and add it to the total and the graduation program. If there are issues, she will deny it and send you a note requesting changes.
