My name is Luz Rodriguez and I serve as the School Resource Officer at Dulles High School. One of the aspects I enjoy most about working in Fort Bend ISD is the opportunity to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and build meaningful relationships within the school community. I've been a police officer since October 2022, and I'm incredibly grateful for how much I've learned and grown in that time. I'm currently pursuing my bachelor's degree at the University of Houston-Downtown, with a special interest in mental health. Outside of work, I love cooking and baking, traveling and spending quality time with my puppy and loved ones.
Officer Steward
I am dedicated to the safety and security of all those that either work, learn or visit FBISD, as well as the communities the district serves.
I’m Officer Steward, the school resource officer assigned to your campus this school year. I started my career in 2007 with the Mississippi Department of Corrections, obtained my Law Enforcement Certification in the State of Mississippi, and worked for Yazoo City Police Department as a Patrol Officer. I moved to Texas in 2014 to work as a Pre-trial Monitor for Fort Bend County Probation and Parole Department. In March 2017 I started with the district as a Dispatcher with the Police Department and transitioned into a Police Officer.
I look forward to meeting you all and being a part of the Dulles Team.
