Welcome to 6th grade ELA!

              I joined the staff at JBMS in the middle of the Bears’ first year, and I’ve been here ever since.  I’ve had the privilege of being a Bowie teacher and a Bowie parent at the same time, and I’m truly grateful that my daughter was a Bowie Bear. 

              When I'm not teaching, I enjoy laughing with my family.  My goal this year is to help my students make the most of an exciting year of transition.  Sixth grade is the beginning of a great adventure!  Let’s go!
